I have qualifications in the following areas

Advanced Certificate in Career Development Facilitation, Centre for Credentialing & Education
Certificate in Counselling for Education and Career Guidance, Ministry of Education and Executive Counselling & Training Academy
Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), Institute of Adult Learning
Managing Emotions in Times of Uncertainty and Stress, Yale Centre for Emotional Intelligence
My name is Dawn. I’ve been an emotional wreck, low in self-esteem, and motivation. I was the one who feared speaking in public or being seen. I’ve been unemployed, in debt, unsure and unsettled in my life and career choices. I’ve lost a parent and child I love and I’ve taken more punches in the gut - more than one should take in a lifetime (quoting a friend) and I’ve been diagnosed as neurodiverse.
But I’ve also been a leader, a coach, and a consultant to 3,000 individuals for the past 25 years. I have coached 14-year-olds to high-performing executives in their 40s including mums who create career pivots. And they have accelerated their journey to clarity, confidence, and courage to communicate their mission in life.
I focus on workplace communication and work with clients individually or in groups. I have created the 3Ei programme for women to explore their emotional core and enhance their self-awareness. As emotions present invaluable information, you will discover how to engage, educate, and express your emotions to be professionally and personally successful.
WHAT I HAVE DONE
I’m a prime example of career happenstance. I’ve worked in 10 different jobs including being a Public Prosecutor, Corporate Communications Specialist, Writer, Training Consultant, Education & Career Guidance Counsellor, and Chief Marketing Officer. Today, I created a career portfolio after curating my knowledge, skills, and interests. My greatest achievement is becoming a mum at forty.
